At my area Wadepally 300 kg skinless and I thought that’s the rate everywhere but ninna Kazipet lo I saw 190 only ? Why ala ?

As mentioned in the title, I’m visiting Goa for the third time. I’m planning to visit anywhere between July 2 week to 4th week, which I heard is the peak monsoon season in Goa as I’m not a first time exploring Goa I almost covered north and South by visiting the famous places like forts the beaches, the streets. To be honest I’m planning for Goa to just chill and have drinks.
—-So as a third time visiting tourist, what will you recommend me in Goa this time any treks and waterfalls that are open in July?
—-Does there any cultural festival or any attraction events happen in July?
—-Will the Hotels and vehicle rentals be really less?
