how do you stop the bone deep itch?

i genuinely don't know how i'll continue to work like this. this has heavily impacted my ability to work and live. antihistamines like Claritin don't seem to do much for this bone deep itch , and the swelling and redness is insane. how do you guys do it? around what month did the itch become less intense? it seems to just be getting worse 🫠

eczema now spreading as blisters? celiac maybe?

so.. i have severe eczema that spread almost overnight across my entire face, and now these blisters are spreading across my body where i don't have big eczema patches. could this be celiac at this point ?? my gut results didn't show a gluten allergy about a month ago, im wondering could severe eczema trigger something like this happening? it'll be a while before i can get back in with my allergist.

is there any solution besides steroids?

I've been avoiding steroids for so long due to fear of TSW , and also having two previous reactions to steroids including breaking out in hives. The eczema i have now has spread to cover literally one half of my entire body. Nothing seems to help stop it from spreading, and encountering any of my allergens makes it spread even faster. I'm allergic to so many things too. Would allergy shots help? Is there literally anything else that could help at least stop the spreading?

clothing brands for severe eczema?

looking for very loose, baggy fitting natural fiber clothings, preferably 100% cotton. has anyone found anything like this? looking for something still somewhat cute, with earthy colors and very baggy/flowy to minimize skin irritation :)

eczema won't stop spreading?

it's covered my arm folds, pits, neck, face, leg folds, and now that most of the larger folds of my body are covered, i'm getting random spots of eczema on the rest of my arms and legs. i'm doing many different things to treat it: dietary changes, changing detergent/sheets, avoiding triggers, developing a moisturizing routine, using topical medicine, taking antihistamines. is there a point where it will stop spreading? does this typically mean that something is still constantly flaring me? i have no idea what else it could be— besides stress, but i'm way less stressed that i was months ago. i just don't know what could still be causing my skin to react so much even still.

has anyone else experienced this? i'm trying to stop it before it covers my whole body, but it looks like that's where it's headed :(

cerave, aquaphor, and manuka honey causes flares?

hey guys, i'm trying to find an ointment alternative that won't cause me to itch and burn like absolute hell. all three of these have caused terrible itching for me after putting it on. at first, i thought since it's a new product maybe my skin needed to get used to it, and since i have open wounds maybe that's why it hurts and itches? but it just consistently occurs for me so it almost makes me think i may have contact dermatitis from something in these .

vaseline doesn't bother my skin, but it's not as deeply penetrating as cerave's healing ointment, which is something i'm looking for an alternative for. my skin would be more moisturized and stay that way longer before i'd have to remoisturize again, but vaseline i have to moisturize more frequently.

are there anymore alternative ointments, preferably something more natural?

i just can't take it

guys.. i've had eczema that came back after a decade or more. i was probably like 9 and i don't even remember it being the hell that it is now. i'm working two jobs while in college and im ready to quit it all because i have no rest from the itch. itd all over my face, neck, arms, and now moving to my legs. dermatologists & allergy docs only give me steroids which im TIRED of using... i started seeing a naturopathic doctor and will be changing my diet , starting with going gluten free and cutting added sugars/greasy food... i dont know what else to do.

i use pimecromilus 1% to help suppress the itch, with cerave healing ointment and beef tallow. i'll also take zyrtec to help, but it's still not enough to suppress the itch and the pain.

does anyone have any advice? how the hell do you guys work and live a normal life without wanting to cut plans in the middle of the day to just go home and take a shower and rot?
