Earlier this year I had three IQ 10C batteries installed. I expected some efficiency loss, but the delta between discharged and charged implies a 41% loss. Is that normal or to be expected for these batteries?

Are there any practices recommended to avoid round trip battery waste? Right now I have the system in "Savings" mode.

I am on the below PG&E plan which has partial peak 3-4PM. The issue is around 3PM eco+ begins precooling, when I'd really like that to start around 2PM so as to avoid the 49 cent rate period altogether, instead of just avoiding the 60 cent period.

I have the correct rate plan set in my eco+ settings. Is there a way to manually provide an alternate rate plan so that it optimizes accordingly?
