Any feedback on my playing would be very appreciated (have been learning piano for 18 months) - Of Foreign Lands and Peoples

This is my third week learning this piece and it is definitely the hardest thing I have played so far, so have been struggling a bit. Please be as honest as you like!

Is it ok to only want to focus on one piece at a time? (late beginner/early intermediate student)

At the moment, each week my teacher assigns me 1 hanon exercise + practicing the piece I am currently working on. I get very overwhelmed if I have anything more than this, e.g. an additional piece or more exercises, but I see that people around my level (late beginner/early intermediate) are often working on at least 2-3 pieces at a time + scales, hanon etc...I wish I could do this but it just makes me so stressed having multiple things to switch between and the entire process becomes unenjoyable. Is it ok to continue as I have been, just focusing on one piece at a time? I guess I just worry that it will annoy my teacher and that it will significantly slow down my progress, and maybe I should try harder to balance working on multiple pieces?

If you have a new symptom but it isn't causing any functional impairment, do you tell anyone or just leave it?

This is the first time I've had what I think might be a new symptom since being diagnosed 5 years ago, so I am not sure what to do. My left thigh, which has previously never been affected, has been feeling numb/tingly for a couple of weeks. It isn't impacting my ability to walk or anything, so I am kind of just assuming that I don't need do anything about it, and only bring it up at my next neuro appointment in 6 months? It doesn't seem like it's worth a round of steroids and I guess that would be the only thing that could be offered anyway right?

Feedback request + suggestions for next piece? I have been learning piano a bit less than 1.5 years

This is Chopin's Wiosna, if anyone has any critique please let me know, I am a bit stuck on what exactly I need to work on. I've been playing pieces around grade 3 level for a while now and this was surprisingly quick to learn (less than a week) so I am also wondering if I might be ready to start something a bit harder? Thank you so much for any advice :)
