Reta for GI disorders (IBS, SIBO, U. Colitis, NAFLD, bloating...)

Hey folks,

Tldr; has Reta helped with gut issues?

I'm beginning Reta next to potentially help a set of GI disorders that have wrecked my life and turned me subclinicaly autoimmune.

Just wanted to come and ask if anybody has benefited from Reta regarding GI health and or metabolic issues other than insuline resistance/sensibility (we all know it works well in that dpt lol)

My root cause is candida infection throughout the track and NAFLD. Since reading Reta mobilizes liver fat and almost reverses NAFLD (studies show 86% reversal) I thought it couldn't hurt to go for it. Especialy since I got some ascites (Bloating) from the liver being impaired. I am also underweight so ill def be keeping the doses low.

Thanks all! God bless

Hey all, I might have missed it but there isnt a lot of talk on how Retatrutide lowers liver fat.

TL,DR: A new experimental drug called retatrutide significantly reduces liver fat in people with fatty liver disease, likely driven by major weight loss, and shows promise as a future treatment—but it’s still early-stage research. (2024)

Here is the study;

Edit: by no means my intention is to promote this peptide while disregarding a natural and holistic way to treat/heal our condition. It is simply informative. Personaly I believe it can be implemented through cycles into our day to day NAFLD regimen with greater benefits than diet alone. I'll be hopping on it next month.

Hey guys,

Pretty straight forward. When having a flair up, how long does it take to go away and how do you manage it?

Maybe we can learn from each other on how to mitigate the symptoms more optimally and get around it faster.

For myself, the roughest symptoms are the nausea together with extreme fatigue and debilitating legs (I think it's due to d- lactate acidosis). On the lesser side I'll get flaky skin all over my body, rashes sometimes and bloating, lots of it.

For remedies; Ill fast for 15 hours everyday till i start to feel better, go zero/null fat for couple weeks, low protein, no processed foods nor sugars, only whole foods, blended food and get the most rest possible. Nothing special actually.

Would love to know how you go about it.

Wish you all a speedy recovery.
