SP2 and PS5 auto detect and channel switching

Hi, just got the new Stealth Pros and my PS5 doesn't auto detect when they are turned on and off and switch the audio channel to or from the TV. I find the extra step of switching it manually super annoying after years of not having to do so. Is there any fix for this? Thanks

Prep needed for peel and stick backsplash

This had some sort of self adhesive backed tile that was torn off, held fine, although some areas they seemed to need to use additional adhesive. I am considering replacing with one of these peel and stick options that have gotten so popular, but what would be the best way to prep this very rough surface for that? Thanks
