Hey all, I’m completely new to the biking game and my goal is to do an Ironman 70.3. I’m not looking for anything crazy, and I think a road bike fits the bill as I would like to start casual biking on the paved primary roads where I live. I see this bike on marketplace that seems to be my size but am wondering if it’s worth the price. Even I can tell as a complete beginner that this is a bit overkill but it seems to be a pretty decent deal considering everything? It seems Fuji is somewhat reputable, but I’m wondering if I should go forward. I know as a beginner I can/should go for a lower end bike but with the negotiated price of 1100 USD, there seems to be more value than buying an entry level bike brand new or a used beginner road bike.
