Any advice to lock in for medical student

أكثر شي نشوف فيه منتشر السنين الأخير في أغلب المجتمعات هي العلاقات بين الذكور والإناث، شخصيا معنديش تجربة سابقة؛ ولكن فعليا شن الفكرة لما تكون في علاقة زي هكي سواء كنت ذكر أو أنثى؟ شن المغزى أو الهدف أو الغاية يلي ممكن تخليك راضي اتجاه هذه العلاقة؟ شن النهاية يلي تطمحلها أو تطمحيلها؟ وليش برايكم سبب انتشار هذه العلاقات في مجتمعنا عند أغلب الفئات السنية؟

I'm a 2nd year medical student, yet i still struggle with my study methods, can u think of any useful methods will help? I'm talking here about how to study, like how to have your textbooks, a paper edition, digital like pdf, notion or whatever, how to take notes and make anki, any apps can make shotcuts and make things easier. If somebody used or still using notion, how is your experience with it? Any advice I'd be very thankful.
