so my issue is, 1: whenever i play any game no matter what it is my ping spikes and rubberband so bad i cant play 2: my download speeds are abysmal, my avg is 60 and a lot of the time it wont go higher than 10

ive changed motherboard, ram, wifi card, removed and antenna, reinstalled windows, reinstalled all my drivers, changef all of the settings on my wifi card. its not a dead spot because my boyfriends pc is perfectly fine where mine usually is. and i cant get ethernet

im completely stumped and so is he
