I am in the process of replacing burrs in ena micro 5 and it looks like it was cracked open once to replace but no springs and ball bearings? There should be three of each correct?

Hi I have removed the front and back oval jura screws and the 2 top and the 4 bottom screws. I can’t get side panels off to access grinder to replace burr. Any assistance thank you.
