This is Essie Strong Start, two coats of Carved, and Sally Hansen Instadry QDTC. I wasn't sure about this one on skin tone, it looked off at first but my eyes got used to it, and the polish is so pretty!

I like to throw toppers on the last day of my mani just to see what happens. On my left thumb I added one coat of Flower Child. On my right thumb I added one coat of Pixie Party. If I owned it, I'd also like to try a coat of Fairy Dust or Bluebell as a layer. Sorry for the dry hands, I have to wash them a lot!

I'm curious if anyone has thoughts about or experience with layering Black Magic under other polishes? I'm inspired by people putting Flower Child, Pixie Party, etc. over black. I could get Ink (which I probably wouldn't ever wear alone) or I could get added holo with Black Magic.

I posted awhile ago trying to decide between Caroline and That Other Girl. People were very helpful providing swatches, so I figured I'd put some pictures of Caroline out!

It's pretty, but I'm pretty sure this is what you call mannequin hands. It looks like I used the eyedropper tool in Photoshop on my hands and then paint filled my nails with that color. I'm not sure nudes are my thing, but I think it'll be nice and subtle for officiating a wedding. Maybe a shade darker or lighter than my skin would be better? I'm pretty tan right now.

I wasn't sure if it suited me at first. I think I'm a warm olive. I've come around, I think it's fun! Pictured with my anniversary flowers in mixed lighting, at the doctor's office under fluorescents, and in direct sun.

What are some of your favorite greens? I'm new to nail polish and find myself most drawn to the greens.

Hello! I'm trying to decide between these two. They seem similar, but with key differences: rosy base and gold flakes for That Other Girl, clear(?) base and copper flakes for Caroline. I'd love to see more pictures of them, ideally side by side! I'm light/medium, warm, maybe olive. Thank you!
