Is it possible to pause my RoBody membership or do I have to cancel it entirely? I want to continue my membership in August again but can’t continue paying for it for right now.

I just started the Zepbound KwikPen and was able to administer my first dose. I know on the first dose, you have to twist the top of the pen until you see the number 1. I am scheduled to take my second dose this week. Would I do the same thing for the second dose and twist the cap until it reaches the number 1 again or is there a number 2? I apologize if this is a dumb question. I just want to know so I don't do anything wrong for my second dose.

I’ve been with Ro since last year and have loved the service but seeing all the posts about delays and experiencing the delays myself that were never a problem before is worrisome and frustrating. AliceFromRo has been so so helpful and has helped with any issue I have had and I have also seen Alice help countless others on this subreddit, but I’m starting to wonder if these delays will persist moving forward. I feel bad having to keep on asking Alice for assistance but there isn’t another choice when there isn’t a way to speak to a live representative through the app and hearing back from anyone on the app takes forever. My medication preference was being reviewed by my provider and that was taking longer than usual but Alice was able to get that approval through with the provider and helped me place my order for my medication. My order has been processing for 9 days and luckily Alice has reached out to help get the order expedited and shipped by today but I still haven’t gotten any shipping notifications. I love how accessible Ro has made weight loss medications but I’m a little apprehensive to move forward with Ro when there are significant delays and having a reliable and prompt service is important. Alice’s help and how reliable they are is the only reason I have stayed with Ro. Don’t mean to sound so whiny, just wanted to vent a little about my concerns.

I just reactivated my Ro Body membership and I was approved for treatment. I chose the new Zepbound kwikpen and now it’s being reviewed by a provider and says, “your provider is reviewing your treatment preference.” I did just do it the day before so it may be too soon to ask this question but from prior experience, the process was pretty quick. How long does it take for a provider to approve the medication you chose?
