Long Hyundai

I got a Hyundai EV recently and it gave a battery management warning, so I had to take it to a dealer. I took it to Long Hyundai on Wednesday morning. Apparently they are way behind on service and only have one person qualified to work on a full electric vehicle. They told me it might take an extra day but when I called, it took me a long time to even get to someone to ask because they service manger assigned is off today and the person I finally talked to acted like he couldn't really find out because it wasn't assigned to him at first, but finally did go check.

This is the first time I have ever had to go to Long Hyundai and I am really not impressed. For those who have used them in the past, is this how their service usually goes? Should I go to Mountain View next time?

Pixel 10 Fold Case had the hinge magnet come out in less than 6 hours

u/dbrand I tried to put in a support ticket but your website wouldn't let me and told me to "complain" here. Less than 6 hours after I got the case today, the bottom hinge magnet came loose. This is my first time using a dbrand product and the product and website are both defective? And the website says "complain on Reddit" as if I shouldn't expect the product I paid for to actually be a product I wouldn't need to report a defect with.

I like the feel of the case but this is just a terrible experience.

Edit: an email to them did get a rapid response and resolution. Just frustrating that the basics were bad.
