Why are people not allowed to speak about or be against the harm of a specific religion that literally brainwashes and supports death sentence for blasphemy, and their followers defend it?

Somehow it’s always “too political”, “racist”, “….-phobic”, “it’s not the religion, it’s the individual”.

This particular religion regularly discriminates against other people, other religions, LGBTQ+, dogs, ignores certain aspects of science, bans music, openly discriminates against women, other diets, ex-believers, and so on.

In group settings they keep insisting on having things done a certain way to accommodate them, which isn’t a big deal if it doesn’t affect other people, but it inevitably does.

When they are the majority, they take political power and there is no separation between state and religion.

It constantly tries to take over other cultures, apply their laws and norms.

When you say anything against them, they just say you “misunderstood” their religion.

And when you say anything about it in public, you get banned for hate speech. Most subreddits just ban all of it. How is being against something considered hate speech?

Their existence threatens my safety and way of life and I’m just supposed to take it? They can’t be criticized, but they can criticize others? They are moral but I am not?

It’s not about being hateful, I am not, but we need to fight for what is good and right.
