Customer service nightmare
Unbelievable how they can get away with this. Trying to help my son (who needs my support) simply get into his brokerage account. No explanation for this mysterious account restriction, and when we call the support number, it says your wait time is approx 5 min. Well we waited 2 hrs 45 min yesterday, and had to give up. Same experience today, I'm coming up on an hour. Formalizing complaints sounds like a good idea, but if anyone else has any suggestions I'm all ears.
