i love tiny silly references like this, especially when they involve wordplay - "are you my mummy" from "mummy on the orient express" is another favourite

Around 8:20 of the episode The Wedding of River Song, Dorium sneezes, and to me the sneeze really sounds like the words "doctor who". Maybe I'm going crazy but maybe not, so I wanted to see if anyone else can hear it.
Maybe it's just a random sneeze because it's a dusty old room. Or perhaps it's foreshadowing to the first question. The oldest question in the universe, hidden in plain sight. After all, it is Dorium who reveals the question to the Doctor - we hear it in the end of the episode.
