I am reffing an AHF 8U, 1/2 ice game next weekend. Does anyone know where I can find a document that spells out the dynamics of this game? Not sure what to expect.

I am pre-diabetic and have just started a CGM. I play ice hockey and noticed that I spoke to 200 during a hockey game. I drop to almost 100 and less after the game ends. What can I do to keep these spikes from happening? Does anyone else spike when doing an activity like this?

Hey everyone. I am reffing my first game this Saturday. 10U game. What kind of things do I speak about in the beginning with the other ref? Like do we hash out who will do the first face off? Discuss “release” gestures? What do you talk about? I’m assuming some strategy is discussed. I appreciate any input.
