Hi there. My husband and I live in QC and we’d like to make the move from condo-renting to purchasing a townhouse. We have looked online and haven’t really found a townhouse that fits out budget - some of the very new ones are too expensive, so we are looking for slightly older properties. Would appreciate any leads as we still haven’t found any agents yet and have just been looking on trovit and facebook groups. We’re hoping for something not too large as we still have a home in the province.
