I got no email yesterday about the wrongful banning, when I emailed today for clarification, I was told my suspension would NOT be lifted. They don't explain and just link to the code of conduct.

All I do on shadow is play games, use discord, and watch YouTube. I do have very high usage because when my laptop is on my shadow is on too.

I have been a customer for over three years, and have always had the power subscription.

Could it be because i used an emulator? Or because i watched some world cup matches live? Thats the only thing I've done differently recently.​

Really disappointed, I got a lot out of and really valued my Shadow:(
