My gf and I were flying VAL-AMS-SAN and the flight was cancelled. When I tried to explore my options on the website there was only options 2 days later for me, but my gf had a plethora of options. I called once and one agent said I was SOL bc I booked with points and she booked with cash, and that all the points flights alternatives are filled up, but there is availability for cash. I called another agent and they told me 48 hours before I could rebook onto cash flights, now I called again (48 hours before) and they once again told me there's nothing they can do. Does anyone know what I can do? Any ideas?
