Brain fog and Exhaustion Post-Surgery
Day 14 post arm-lipo (full anesthesia) and I cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel. Anyone else with these symptoms?
• Extreme exhaustion - I can sleep 8 hours then take a 4 hour nap during the day and still feel exhausted.
• Brain fog and nausea - especially right after I wake up
I just cannot seem to get any work done and it's getting discouraging. It's not like I can take a whole month off of work. Is this normal post-op?
Also, it just seems like my compression garment is SO tight and painful - impossible to get on. Causing me to wake up throughout the night as well.
