2.5 weeks out from our trip and have a couple questions

Our trip is in a couple weeks and was hoping for some reassurance, guidance, protips etc. This is our first time out of the country and first time going to a resort.

I booked the helicopter transfer, if our flight gets in at 2, is an hour enough time to get off the plane and get to the helicopter? Do I need to let the resort know that we are taking that route?

It looks like the customs paperwork cannot be filled out until 3 days before our arrival time, what hiccups should I be aware of?

I booked some excursions over the phone, through the resort- but I cannot remember what days/times any of them were. Do they show up in the app closer to our trip date?

I was hoping to book a fishing charter and read to not book it with the resort. Any recommendations for companies? Will the resort still provide transportation for a vendor not associated with them?

Is the golf worth it?

What are items that people commonly forget to pack? Anything I should buy before I travel?

Thanks in advance

I have an old sticker bombed knock off p bass and a homemade fretless that needs some work to be perfect. Neither are getting the love they deserve. Not going to be worth much, if anything.

Do I list on fb marketplace and see who bites?
Any organizations that take donations?
