Just in case, SPOILERS below.

In #295, Spawn kills Violator by putting his head on a spike. However, in #300, Violator appears again with a changed body in both his human and demon forms. So I’m confused about how we get from one point to the other. Wasn’t Violator killed in #295? And what explains the physical transformation in #300?

Maybe I missed something, I’m not sure.
