Why is this slow? Cast delay and recharge time should be 0
There is something I'm missing because in my head this should have been a bouncing burst laser. The two heavy spreads and the digging bolt both reduce the reload time to 0 and the cast delay should also be 0 (each heavy spread reduces by -0.12, the digging bolt has +0.02 and the bouncing burst has -0.03)
