Idea for White Knight

I dont plan on playing WK, but I was wondering that it felt a bit underwhelming in COT2. And buffing it I think goes past the idea of just increasing damage (e.g. Make charges 20%dmg -> 30%dmg).

I was wondering. Would it be too far fetched to make every elemental charge 20 to max instead of 30 (60 points total to max the three elements instead of 90), and the extra 30 points saved can be used in an entirely new skill for the class. Maybe like a Single Target charged blow variant. I know WK gets blast in 4th job, but Im just trying to think what could be the alternative to buffing WK to feel good and fun in 3rd job compared to everything else. What do you guys think? Would it stray too far off the classic feel?

Edit: They already get Advanced Charged blow in 4th job, why not give them Blast in 3rd and make a new "Advanced Blast" for 4th

Someone has to say it

Im sorry to all the "keep the game tryhard" andies in here. Sure keep the game hard and economy low, but if a new player picks up this game and cant even sustain to lv20, the design is bad and the game will die in the long run. Simple as that.

And for anyone thinking that 10,000 private server veterans are gonna carry the game. Its not going to happen. Reason pservers keep running its because it run by a team of 1-5 people eating ramen and running the server out of a rented server service for very cheap and live off donations. Nexon wont be sustainablt off 10,000 and donations when they are paying a full team of devs based of California salaries at ridiculous $/year. They need a wider net and the current state of the game is INCREDIBLY noob unfriendly. No longevity = Game dies. Period. They need to fix the state of the game. And NO, back in the day it wasnt this bad. Anyone saying "it was like that on the original GMS release" is absolutely fried

Whats people's take or preference of bow whack?

So I'm just curious. Their was a point in classic where they tried no bow whacking (in the irl demo). Then later for the last test (COT) they re-introduced bow whacking with a few changes to archers. So now im curious what this general subreddit thinks. Yes or no bow whack for classic and do you think it will be present in the next test COT #2

Dissapointed but expected

I didn't want to say it, but it was expected. Theirs a really obvious reason they didnt reveal more in the trailer. If you KNOW that MS Classic is coming, the trailer wasnt for you. Simple as that. They are not looking to reveal more. They are just trying to reach a wider audience.

Still really dissapointing that we didnt see really anything new we didnt already know about
