Sony vs Bose for Bass Music

Hi,
Im looking into:
Sony Bar9 + SA-SW9
or
Bose ultra lifestyle + lifestyle bass module

Im guessing these are kinda their current flagship soundbar and bass module lineup?

I listen to a lot of sub heavy music like drum and bass..which sub delivers deep bass without being boomy?

I was leaning on the ultra lifestyle at first bc it has a larger 10” cone. But im also reading SA-SW9 might be better?

Any opinions?

Les Paul Stiff Strings

Im not new to setting up my own guitars. Been doing it for over 20 years. And ive done as much research on this topic as I could. Maybe someone can shed some light and help me out.
One of my Gibson Les Paul Standards is just refusing to play nicely recently. It used to play just fine with ease of bending. It’s now stiff to bend and when strummed it just strings just doesnt have that “bounce” that feels nice to play.

  1. Ive replaced the nut plenty of times and ensured they’re cut properly along with height. 0.016” to 0.011”.
  2. relief is about 0.008”.
  3. action 4/64 and 3/64.
  4. tailpiece 1/4” off the body which is plenty and im not going to topwrap.
  5. frets are ok
  6. using ernie ball 9s. Replaced the strings a couple times now.

Im out of ideas…
My other les paul that is setup IDENTICALLY plays beautifully..
What is causing this? What can i do to improve this?
If i take it to a luthier im afraid itd be a waste of money they would set up and check everything as ive done already.

Thanks
