📢 Hey, fellow off-roaders!

We're super excited to finally answer the big question - "over the hill when"!!! 🥳

When we started this project, we wanted to capture the freedom of art of rally's free roam, sprinkle in some adventure, and add a touch of peaceful exploration. And wow, it's been a long road getting here! Playtests, Next Fest, and your suggestions over the past year helped us refine and sharpen what we were going for. We're genuinely grateful for your support. 💖

Now we can proudly announce that over the hill is launching on October 14th on Steam, featuring several areas in the Canada and Algeria regions. Each new area packs more content and surprises than what we had in the demo, and we can't wait for you to see it all! We hope over the hill becomes your new favorite zen adventure. 🏕️

Alongside the full game, you'll be able to get the soundtrack as a separate DLC. The console ports for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 will also follow in 2027.

We want to share more about our progress and future plans for over the hill, so next week we're hosting another live stream AMA. You won't want to miss this one, because guess what? We're ready to confirm the release date!

🎁 Pre-release access

We read your comments, and we know some of you feel strongly about the demo's availability. We would have loved to keep it running too, but we want to ensure it represents over the hill at its best. As a small team, maintaining a demo build and free servers worldwide is not feasible for us before the launch.

As we want to get the full game ready for you as soon as possible, we're currently focused 100% on working towards the launch. We appreciate your patience as we get there. 🙏

🌟 What's new?

Since Next Fest, we've made improvements to the areas of the demo that you found most lacking, such as fixing certain frustrating bugs, adding missing quality-of-life features, providing more convenient camera options, tuning upgrades and cosmetics, and of course, optimizing the performance. We've also made great progress working on the Algeria region, and we're already planning the final touches to the game. The amazing soundtrack by Tatreal and Giacomo Giunchedi is also complete. Plus, we can't wait to reveal some extra physical goodies soon!
