What is my best option here for this 1 car garage?

Looking for ideas/options for this garage/shed. Opening is 7ft tall 8ft wide. Current door just swings open like a barn door but is in rough shape. Done need power with it (can be manually raised and lowered.) would like something with a better seal but looking to keep it pretty cheap. Does not need to be anything fancy. How hard would it be to add tracks and put a sliding garage door on this? Thanks for any tips and ideas

Does this old item have any value for collectors and sought after for watch repair?

Wondering if this is of any value to watch gurus. Looks like it was an American company started in 1936 and is no longer around. Appears to be a fondly remembered company and is possibly highly sought after. Any info or thoughts on this? Appreciate any cool info!

10+ window quote, what to ask/look for?

I’m having my first free estimate scheduled tomorrow for new windows. 13 total. Old house and the current ones are drafty and rotting and condensation buildup and they really all are past due for replacement. Don’t have a ton of extra money so going to get 3-4 quotes and take my time.

Since I know nadda about windows, what should I look out for? I saw an older post about not just getting the windows replaced, but the framing also? Should I be inquiring about a full window AND frame replacement or just windows. I currently have storm windows on the outside of the actual windows… I’m assuming storm windows aren’t a popular or common thing in today’s world? I may use this house as a rental property so just trying to find the best and most economical option. Give me any tips or info for someone that knows nothing windows so I don’t get screwed over! Cheers!!

Man, I hope we’re not in trouble and I can get some good ideas! Shirt sorry we wanted a covering/lighting above and around the hot tub and deck. Hard top pergolas run $1,000+ dollars. We got a pergola for cheap and got some nice steel roofing panels thinking it would be a breeze to put up and be done with it. Not so much! We have two panels up there to test and they are overlapped right at the middle support beam. Overlapping panels for the sides though won’t be lining up on top of any support beams.. What should we do as a DIY project to get these panels supported and secured? Add more “beams” across the frame? Is that our only option? It’s a slightly curved pergola so the metal sheets have to go the length/direction we have them to bend accordingly. Any tips, tricks from someone who is good at building would be much appreciated!!
