Spots close enough with a decent view- never been before but I imagine it gets pretty busy. Any information/past experiences would be much appreciated!

My bf and I want to watch the fireworks tonight but do not want to deal with traffic near the park. or taking the light rail. Where is a business parking lot we can sit it nearby to watch and still have a decent view? We were thinking of buying a snack from whichever business and hanging out outside to watch the show. thoughts?
