It’s been long long time since we’ve last cruised on HAL, but we’ve got one coming up soon and I can’t remember…In my never ending quest to keep the pounds off, I was wondering if you get popcorn for snacks on HAL ships?
We’ve just been notified by HA that we’ve been accepted into Club Orange for our next cruise. Since this is the first time we’ve been in Club Orange we’re unfamiliar with the cabin upgrade process.
Do we have to ask HA if any upgrades are available or do they just notify us that we’ve been upgraded? If we have to ask, when do we do that? Now? (Embarkation is 10/8). When we check in? After we board? etc.
Also, we’d appreciate any tips you may have regarding CO.
Now that KOAT is now broadcasting CBS, have they canned their KRQE news team?
It occurred to me the other day that HAL doesn’t have any new ships in the order book. As much as I love HAL, I must admit that several of their ships are getting a little long in the tooth.
I did a little research and couldn’t get any definitive answers.
There was speculation that Carnival planned on merging the line with another company or that Carnival was trying to conserve cash to pay down their debt.
Does anyone have anything definite? It would be a shame to lose this awesome cruise line.
