9 Months Update | 4,200 Grafts | Hair Center of Turkey

Hey everyone! I wanted to share my 9-month hair transplant journey and current results.

I had 4,200 grafts at Hair Center of Turkey, and overall, I’m really happy with the process. I’ve been through the same journey, so I know the feeling checking the mirror every day, waiting for growth, and wondering if everything is going as it should.

What made the journey easier for me was the support I received throughout the process. My doctor, the medical team, translators, and consultants were always there for me. Whenever I had a question or concern, I could message them and always got a response. That really gave me peace of mind.

I’m now at month 9, and I wanted to share my progress. 👇

If you’re considering a transplant or you’re already going through it, feel free to ask me anything. I’m happy to share the products I used, my aftercare routine, and my personal experience.

I know how many questions you have at the beginning, because I had them too. If my experience can help someone, I’ll be happy. ❤️

Which Hair Transplant Clinic in Turkey Would You Choose in 2026?

Hi everyone,

I've been researching hair transplant clinics in Turkey for the last few weeks and honestly I'm more confused now than when I started.

The names that keep coming up are:

Hair Center of Turkey

Cosmedica

Serkan Aygın Clinic

Long Hair Center

Hair of Istanbul

Smile Hair Clinic

I mainly care about:

natural hairline

doctor involvement during surgery

donor area management

long-term results (12–18 months)

I know every clinic has good marketing, but I'm more interested in real patient experiences.

If you've had a hair transplant in Istanbul or anywhere else in Turkey, which clinic did you choose and why?

Would you choose the same clinic again?

Doctor vs. Experienced Team: Which Would You Choose for a Hair Transplant? ⭐

Hello everyone,

I'm thinking about getting a hair transplant. I'm still very new to this and I'm only just learning the terminology. Right now, I'm around a Norwood 3.

While researching clinics, I mostly came across options in the United States, Dubai, and Turkey. The US and Dubai are unfortunately beyond my budget, while Turkey seems much more affordable and, from what I've seen, has many clinics with very good results.

The more I research, the more mixed opinions I find. Some people are very critical, while others are extremely happy with their results. I think a lot of it depends on the clinic you choose and whether your expectations are realistic.

The biggest question I have is: Is it better to choose a famous doctor or an experienced team?

So far I've looked into clinics such as Serkan Aygin, Dr. Terziler, Cosmedica, Hair Center of Turkey, Dr. Cinik, MedHair, and Long Hair. Some are well known because of the doctor's name, while others are known mainly as clinic brands. In the end, they all have doctors working there.

Another thing I've noticed is the price difference. From what I've read, some doctor-branded clinics charge an additional fee if you want the doctor to personally perform more of the procedure. On the other hand, most of the clinics I've spoken with said they don't have that system. They explained that the procedures are carried out by their doctors together with experienced teams, and some also mentioned that their assistants are certified by the Turkish Ministry of Health.

What I'm really wondering is this: Is it better to have a well-known doctor who has been doing this for many years but may now see it as just another job, or an experienced, motivated team that performs hair transplants every day, pays close attention to patients, and is passionate about what they do?

Sometimes I feel that clinics built around a brand name don't always get the credit they deserve because many of the results I've seen look genuinely impressive. Of course, the famous doctor-led clinics also produce excellent work, but I also feel that part of their higher prices comes from their reputation and branding. At the end of the day, branded clinics also have experienced doctors and skilled teams.

So I'd really like to hear your opinions. If you were in my position, would you pay more for a famous doctor's clinic, or would you trust a reputable clinic with an experienced medical team just as much? I'd really appreciate hearing your experiences and advice.
