I need some help / advice -

I bought a ‘uk saunas’ sauna from a friend, it was working before dismantling and has not had much use, I have put it up in another location, the display and fan both work so there is no issues with power, but it doesn't seem to heat up. 

Can anyone help troubleshooting? I don't know if it trips/needs resetting after being dismantled? But inside the box looks fine, everything looks to be connected, and as explained the power (audio, display, fan etc) all work.

The temperature on the display just automatically goes to max. I was wondering if it could be related to the thermometer which isn't picking up the internal temperature and therefore not heating up? But no idea how to test/check this.
