Looks like the cast had their S12 wrap party last night. Any predictions for the season? The more unhinged the better!

I just caught this little throwaway moment in S4E2 (filmed in July 2019). Amanda's dad is pressing her to set a timeframe for the wedding, and she responds sarcastically with "2027". Girl, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but your entire marriage will be a speck in the rear view mirror by 2027. Good luck with your future endeavors, though.

Seriously, rewatching season 4, it is beyond obvious that Amanda never actually wanted to get married. The minute they got engaged, a switch flipped. She knew as long as she had a ring on her finger, she had her spot on Summer House locked down, so she didn't have to put in the effort to "win" Kyle anymore. She's openly hostile to him, rejects any attempts at kindness or affection, and constantly whines about how much pressure she's under to plan a wedding and launch Loverboy at the same time (meanwhile Kyle reminds her that it has been over a month since she posted anything on the Loverboy socials). She becomes dead weight that Kyle has to carry through the next six seasons while she gets a free ride.
