curious how are you are using apple watch with chronic conditions?

one of my close friends has long covid so she considering investing on apple watch and track her data, also recommended by her community friends.

curious to know if you are someone with chronic condition like long covid, me/cfs, pots, hashimoto or thyroid, how are you using apple watch to track/improve your fitness activity? any apps you use alongside?

if you’ve been seeing Hyrox everywhere lately, here’s a quick breakdown

it’s basically an indoor fitness race with 8 x 1 km runs

-8 workout stations done continuously

sounds simple… but it’s not. what makes it different:

-same format globally

-no qualification needed

-you can do it solo, doubles, or relay

it’s growing fast in india because it sits right between gym + running and gives people an actual goal to train for..but the hard part isn’t the workouts, it’s the running after them

running fresh is not same as running after sled push or lunges

also training in india isn’t easy

most gyms don’t have proper hyrox setups, so people are constantly modifying workouts

still, there’s something addictive about it that everyone is chasing it

how many of you doing the hyrox delhi this july?
