Does anybody know how to help me

So basically the other day there was a meeting at my cadets for camps they mentioned we might get stuff on 365 and if we had problems to contact a certain officer in our cadet corp so I did when she got back to me she said my cadet365 email but she said she couldn't give the password because it was changed the thing is last summer I tould my course officer about the fact that i knew neither the email nor the password so im guessing he probably changed the password and sent stuff to my corp but idk if its that ir something else but I dont know what to does anybody know how to help or nah
