Security Bank annual fee waiver declined

Has anyone had their Security Bank annual fee waiver request declined?

Were you able to get it waived after calling again or requesting reconsideration? What worked for you?
Thanks!

Profit sharing

Need advice on a business partnership

I’m planning to start a small business with someone. We’ll both invest ₱80,000 each, so we’ll both own 50% of the business.

The only difference is that I’ll be the one managing it full-time. I’ll handle the daily operations, inventory, bookkeeping, marketing, buying supplies, and supervising employees. My partner will mostly just be the investor and won’t be involved in running the business day to day.

We’re trying to figure out what would be a fair way to split the profits since we both put in the same amount of money but only one of us will be working in the business.
For those who’ve been in a similar setup, what worked for you? Is there anything we should be careful about before we sign an agreement?

Korean Mart or Printing services

Hi! I’m planning to open my first business beside a newly built university. The store is around 12 sqm, and I’m trying to decide between two business concepts.

Option 1
Korean mart (snacks, ramen, drinks, a small K-pop corner)
Printing and photocopying as a side service

Option 2
Mainly Printing services and School supplies
