I was attacked in work couple weeks ago I'm off work due to this i have not worked with the company that long but i have received a letter for a meeting at work due to the person who attacked me has put a complaint i think this is due to the police getting the CCTV and finding the person

The person was asked to leave the store and they attacked me i didn't fight back with the person because i didn't want a full fight in the store or worse

what questions do i need to ask? and answers do i need off the company?

Since we have moved to the Logile pilot app i have had shifts changed on the day without warning i mostly work the afternoons and number of times now i have turned up for my shift to be shocked I'm hours early or even my full shift moving to days i have been lucky a couple of times since sharing my shifts with family/friends i have had screenshots proving I'm not going crazy but all management point the finger at each other or saying it must of been a glitch

is they any way on the new system to show when info was last changed since work is all ready stressful with normal shop running i don't want to be flagged as being late due to someone changing my shifts after i checked my start times

i know my shop has had times we have been down to 1week worth of shifts when we are running low on staff and struggling to keep open
