Anybody know what's going on? The servers on the status page keep going off line

So the other day I was fighting gnolls in Blightfire Moors and I'm not sure how, but I ended up with a poison in my bag called Bite of the Shisar Strike I. I used that thing and no joke, I felt like I was clubbing seals in the arctic, it was that powerful. The only problem is, I forget how I got it. Was it loot, a quest or achievement reward? No idea. Does anybody know? I tried looking online but no luck.

Subject A is chased by Subject B. Subject B falls behind by either stumbling, crashing or getting hit. Subject B usually manages to catch back up with Subject A but doesn't catch them.
