My son is 4 and a half he will be 5 in September, he has always always been a good sleeper, and once he is asleep he is a good sleeper. For the past 2 months, my husband and I have been dreading bed time.
We have always had the same routine, bath, mom reads a book, dad reads a book, we brush teeth, count the dinos on the wall and then I rock him for a little before he gets in bed. The past 2-3 months he will not listen about pulling the plug to get out he will say "I need to finish my mission" (whatever game he is playing) despite the time warnings before it's time to pull the plug. He will finally get out of the bath, he does fine getting dressed most of the time, and then I will read to him, I'll brush his teeth, dad will read to him, and then this is where the behavior starts.
He will scream, and not listen, or follow directions. He will try to jump on his bed, he will try to run in other rooms, usually about an hour of fighting he will finally give in. We have told him that he can put himself to bed and have shut the door, he will throw things at his door (despite the door being unlocked and he knows how to open the door) we have taken things out of his room and he will scream and cry, and demand until things are given back.
We have tried taking toys, and privileges, we have tried reward charts, it feels like we have tried everything.

He was diagnosed autistic at 2.5 but his speech therapist wants him to get retested before kindergarten, she thinks he was diagnosed based solely on his speech, and she thinks he actually has apraxia of speech. He speaks very well now, so if there was something he needed he is able to tell us. Bedtimes just feel impossible.
I love that both of these bozos are all of a sudden so upset about their dad/grandpa. Do people not remember when D was still in IL and was talking to Ed and was like I am going to need you to watch Enzo so I can go to Texas. I can't remember if she raised money that time. All I know is they have been able to talk to him, they have been able to go visit him, instead they have spent their money on Lego land, Disney world, diamond art, shitty tattoos, the list goes on and on. I do not have one ounce of sympathy for either of them.
Honestly it makes me sad to see how many of the streamers have become sellouts just to stay in good graces with the Trashouts. I always felt like snark was kinda in it for only money, but Cantina I thought was genuine. I thought Fearless 5 genuine, but it seems that he is also endorsing the trash now. I feel like pink rides the line. Pink was drug through the mud, ran over by a garbage truck and shoved in a sewer line, but magically forgave the trashouts.
