Nekoliko prijatelja mi dolazi u posjetu i bili su u Ficeklu, Pod Zidom i Didin san prošli
put. Prijedloge gdje da ih sad odvedem? Vole tipičnu Hrvatsku hranu.

Ordered two draft beers on the terrace in a very nice hotel. Beers were served in the chilled glasses and very cold but without any coasters or napkins. The whole table was drenched in the water. After the first round, had to look for a server for a while
to order the next round. The server was sitting at the table, smoking cigarettes. The next round served also without napkins and server didn’t clean the table. Next to us sat a very famous American comedian who of course the server didn’t recognize. She asked for Mojito without the simple syrup and sever had no clue what are ingredients in the cocktail ( menu is written in English and syrup
is listed as an ingredient). To ask for the check, had to go inside the bar to find a
server who was sitting at the bar, chitchatting with his girlfriend. I was
paying with the card and he gave me the POS machine to pick the service tip: 22%, 25% or 30%. Even the best restaurants in United States would not ask for 30% tip. Even when servers are trained on the menus and really nice and personable.
Of course, I already left him few € on the table, even the service was dramatically horrible. What’s happening with this town?
