PETG sticking too good, what do?

I print primarily in PLA, recently did a few PETG prints on my H2C and the PETG sticks a little too well without the use of glue. I had some leftover debris on the plate that wasn't coming off with the Scraper, thought I'd do one of the "first layer plate cleaners" without critically thinking. Any advise on how to remove this and salvage the plate? Scraper is doing okay but still leaves some white residue.

Woke up to this mess

Had a print running overnight, woke up to an extrusion motor overload notification and walked into this. Funny enough I just read a thread about someone having this happen on the PTFE tubes inside the printer and read a comment about someone who had it happen on the AMS side.
