Talib here. Some of you might know me from Same Day Supplements — I've been in the prohormone space for a while and this community has always been one I respect for its straight talk.

I want to be upfront about something before anything else: this is a personal project, not an SDS product. Same Day Supplements has no involvement in this tool, no liability for it, and no control over it. I built it on my own time because one of you posted about wanting a prohormone cycle tracker and I genuinely felt this community needed it. Any links to SDS products in the app are just there for convenience — the same products you'd find searching yourself.

With that said — here's what I built:

Cycle Vault is a free prohormone cycle tracker. No account required, no subscription, no data leaving your device. Just open it and start tracking.

What it does:

Cycle Management

• Set up a cycle with your start date, cycle length, and PCT duration — preset options or fully custom weeks. The dashboard tracks Days Done, Days Left on Cycle, and PCT start date automatically. When your cycle ends, it switches to PCT Mode so you never miss the start of recovery.

Compound Library — 29 compounds pre-loaded

• Helladrol, 1-Andro (LG Sciences), 4-Andro (LG Sciences), Chosen 1, Brutal 4ce, Decabolin, Abnormal, Halodrol, Superdrol, Metha Quad Extreme, Monster Plexx, Primobolan, 1-Testosterone, 1-AD, Halotestin, Sustanon 250, Androdiol, Dianabol, Winstrol, Anavar, Superstrol 7, Dymethazine, Trenabol, Deca-Durabolin, Equipoise, Osta Plex, DHEA, Pregnenolone, and IGF-1 (Deer Antler). Each has effects, side effects, and cycle length info.

Custom Compound Builder

• Running a blend that isn't in the library? Build your own. Select the base compound types (1-Andro, 4-Andro, Epi-Andro, 19-Nor, 1,4-Andro, DHEA, Pregnenolone, IGF-1), enter the mg per compound individually — so you can log something like "50mg Epi-Andro + 75mg 19-Nor per tab" — choose your delivery form (tablets, powder, topical gel, or liquid), and the app generates all the protocols automatically.

Stack Intelligence

• Automatically flags potential issues based on your stack — estrogen risk, blood pressure monitoring, hydration reminders, suppression level. Educational only, not medical advice.

Blood Saturation Graph

• A pharmacokinetic simulation showing estimated compound saturation over the full cycle and PCT. Includes half-life data, peak time, and washout estimate. Educational approximation — individual results vary.

Suppression Estimator

• Visual 0–10 score showing estimated suppression level for your stack, with recommended PCT length and recovery window.

Daily Logging

• Dose tracking (Dose Taken / Missed) with compliance %
• Wellness check-ins: Energy, Mood, Libido, Acne, Sleep (1–5 sliders)
• Journal notes tied to each day
• Weight tracker with progress chart
• Progress photo log with before/after comparison

Bloodwork / Labs

• Input fields for Testosterone, AST/ALT, LDL/HDL, Hematocrit, PSA with reference ranges and a trend chart.

PCT Setup

• Choose your PCT products when setting up a cycle. Pre-loaded options include Arimiplex, PCT V, Novedex XT, HellRaiser PCT, Letro XT, Eradicate, and Arimistane. Add custom PCT products too.

Mid-Cycle Changes

• Add or drop a compound mid-cycle with a logged reason and date. Every change shows in the Cycle Timeline — so yes, it does log the history of when you added or dropped something and why.

Supplement Tracker

• Track on-cycle support (Gear Support, TUDCA, NAC, The Specialist by Apollon Nutrition, Liver Rx), PCT products, and general supplements (Fish Oil, Multivitamin, Creatine, etc.) with daily compliance tracking or reminder-only mode.

Coach Report

• One-click PDF export summarizing your cycle, compounds, wellness averages, bloodwork, and notes. Useful for showing a doctor or coach.

Import from Other Apps

• If you've been logging in ChatGPT, Notes, or a spreadsheet, you can paste or upload your existing logs and the app will parse them into the tracker.

Privacy:

Everything is stored on your device. No account required. No health data ever leaves your phone or computer. There's an optional Sign In button if you want to access your data from multiple devices in the future — but it's completely optional and not required to use any feature.

How to use it without losing data (important):

Your cycle data is stored in your browser's local storage. To keep it safe:

•Do NOT clear your browser cache, history, or site data — this will wipe your cycle logs

•Do NOT use private/incognito mode — data doesn't persist between sessions in private mode

•Use the same browser on the same device every time

•Export a backup regularly — go to Settings → Data Management → Export JSON and save the file. You can re-import it anytime if you ever switch devices

How to install it like an app on your phone — no app store needed:

iPhone (must use Safari, not Chrome):

1.Open prohormonecycle.com in Safari

2.Tap the Share button (box with arrow at the bottom of the screen)

3.Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"

4.Tap Add

It now appears as a full-screen app icon on your home screen. No browser bar, works offline, feels like a native app.

Android (Chrome):

1.Open prohormonecycle.com in Chrome

2.Tap the three-dot menu (top right)

3.Tap "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App"

4.Tap Install

Same result — full-screen icon, works offline.

App Store release:

• I'm currently working with Google Play and Apple to get Cycle Vault released as a native app to make it even easier to use. Will post here once it's available on both stores.

What I'm looking for:

• Honest feedback. What's missing? What's broken? What would actually make you use this consistently?

Things already on the roadmap:

• Cycle history with side-by-side comparison between past cycles
• A stack recommender quiz (goal + experience level → suggested compounds)
• Body measurements alongside the photo log
