I grew up in Juneau, AK. I remembered having to get what we called a “tines test” a whole bunch of times. This was in the mid 70s. I recently found out it was because there was a tuberculosis outbreak and they were testing us. I have a lot of freckles, but this circle area is getting more prominent as I get older (I’m 56). Just curious if this was isolated to Alaska, or if anyone in the “lower 48” had this done as well.

I was able to transfer my plates from my previous car (Tucson) to my new one (Ioniq).

My daughter has a 2024 Ionoq 5. She was putting new car mats in and this popped down from under the driver side.

Might be helpful to add it a a former leased car from California that we bought in Seattle

Second edit to add she’s only had it three weeks.

Got my brand new 2026 Ionic5 Limited Saturday. When we went to take possession of the car I saw what I thought was bad drying on the silver trim of the driver door. Agent says no prob. Let me run it to detailing. Leaves for about 20 minutes and comes back. Asks me if I can come back Monday to his “prime detailer”. I say sure. We walk out to the car and I see that what the dealer did took the paint right off. And they dinged the bottom of the door. I told him not to bother with the detail, they needed to order a replacement panel. Ugh!!! It was the only Ionic5 they had until July, or I would have insisted on another car. I do freaking love this car tho!!!!!!
