So… I went to a concert on Wednesday, didn’t think about it, it was warm and I was feeling good. Until I wasn’t. For me before my period I am more prone to not sleeping well and also my migraine tend to be worse.
I was at the concert. I got a migraine from hell. I halfway could enjoy Bad Omens but in the end my head just hurt like hell.

I just bought myself a ticket for their show tomorrow. Halfway across the country. Booked a hotel. Will be driving there 4,5h.
And got my period today.
For a concert that sucks a little… but for me? It’s a relief. I know I will not feel hungry and will not have uncontrollable hunger attacks and eat just the bad stuff. My migraines tend to get better and stop and my sleep goes back to normal.
So cheers to my period. Let’s try the concert again.
