I heard they are testing AI agents at natgen
With the way AI agents are we out of job from Allstate or the industry ?

I have been working here since November. I I am an inbound agent for Allstate didn’t get into production until probably March.
I absolutely love this job going in, but I’m stuck in tier 3, and now they even have me selling Natgen only some days.
I do the behaviors they tell me, but in tier 3, no one wants to buy some days. I have really good days and other days I make zero sales I try to bring up value and ask for the sale, but even then they either laugh or just hang up.

I don’t know what else to do.

Anyone else on the same boat? The bonuses are not worth it anymore.

I’m in Texas. I was wanting to start a bakery stand in front of my yard. The little self service ones.
The little cottage ones.
I’m in the process of buying a home, but this is something I’m wanting to do. Are there any insurance companies that would ensure my home? I talked to Allstate and they said no because it’s not their approved business.
