



I received a single aldi order for 56 items, and when I arrived at the customer’s address, I received the messages.
Actually, even if I had processed the order while I was in the store, I wouldn’t have been able to refund the 5 items—the customer would have had to request the refund themselves. After checkout, there’s nothing I can do anyway, and when I saw the messages upon arriving at the address, I felt upset thinking I’d get a bad rating.
What do you think I should do? Should I call customer service and explain the situation?
