My Partner of 6 years has irregular periods and I’m at a breaking point

(I’m going to preface this by saying I am not 100% sure if this is the right place to post this as i’m not the most well versed in reddit or really online culture. Also i’m posting this right now on 2 hours of sleep being woken up to a woman in distress so please feel free to let me know this isn’t the right place to post this.)

So as you may have guessed I am a man making this post because I have kind of come to a breaking point and am desperately looking to find some kind of solution. For years now I have been taking my wife(27 years old) to doctors and planned parenthood and gynos and etc etc etc. We have tried everything under the sun to mitigate this issue but she just keeps getting EXTREMELY painful periods all of the time. She takes birth control around the clock to try and stop her from getting the periods at all but after her blood pressure went up a few months ago they switched her birth control from lo loestrin to meleya and now the periods don’t ever skip to give her relief, she still has the periods at least 1 time a month and sometimes it’s 2-3 times a month. It seems like the smallest bodily change like eating a food that bothers her stomach can just cause either spotting or a full period to just break through even a few days or week after her monthly period just ended.

To add some context she was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst (benign) and a fibroid a couple months ago too and nobody seems to be sure if that is a part of all this or not. Additionally she hasn’t been officially diagnosed with endometriosis but the level of pain with her periods basically confirms to me she has it. Every single period she’s throwing up 1-2 times, crawling on the floor, begging me to refill her hot water bottle, and looking like death itself. I’ve bought her devices that vibrate like the “ovira” and a similar one since the ovira was discontinued.

I have never wanted to make a post like this asking random people online on what to do, but at this point I will take any advice from people who may have had similar experiences. Is there anything to be done or will this just be a curse on us for the rest of time? At this point i’m starting to believe in curses.
