Finding Good Tenants In Pilsen

Does anyone know any good resources for people looking for a place to live in Pilsen? My wife and I are moving into a multi family unit on w 18th in early to mid June, and have multiple 2 bed 1 baths for rent. We looked at some of the rent prices in Pilsen, and it honestly seems like its gotten a lot higher very fast; we definitely want to be in the $1700-$1900 range(units are sized 750-850 sqft and newly renovated, but no central ac), and have a vested interest in finding respectful clean renters, as that will cost less in repairs, and also make it so we can keep rents below market. Are there good Pilsen specific resources to find people looking for a place to live? Or is it mostly going to be just posting on Zillow/Redfin, and maybe facebook marketplace?
