I just realize overnight oats aren’t bad..

Just had the best overnight oat ever.

A year ago I made my own overnight oat and god it tasted horrible. (Made with oats, unsweetened almond milk, honey, banana) I hated the texture of it. Later, I had the one from a restaurant which I didn’t like it either. So I thought overnight oats aren’t my thing.

Buttttt.. today I had a store brought one from an acai shop they made it like a parfait. There were layers of acai, overnight oats, greek yogurt and fruits and when I ate the overnight oats I was like what is that thing that is so good.

So I wonder what could possibly be the factor on how to make a good overnight oats..

If anyone got a delicious recipe please share 😭🙏🏻🥹

And what makes their texture better, Is it greek yogurt?
