Best life insurance companies? Term vs Whole?
Hey Ya'll
I am a 36 year old new father with a girlfriend that has two teenage daughters from a prior relationship. I work for my father in law, who owns a few gas stations around Texas. They are in Dallas, Waco, Tyler etc. I make a decent amount of money but I don't want to get into the numbers.
What is the best term life insurance? I am five foot eight and 205 pounds. If it helps, I also chew tobacco but have been meaning to quit.
I am looking for the best companies. I am interested in term, probably 20 years but some of my friends say whole life is better for someone like me with some money? I'm looking at getting a bunch of quotes but don't want to take up too much time. I have heard of Gerber life, Ethos, Prudential, and of course the standard ones like New York Life. Omaha Mutual and AARP. Any help with cost estimates or other tips is greatly appreciated, good or bad. Thank ya kindly in advance.
